Innovation Labs Studio / Ali Gündoğdu operates AI Mail Bridge. This policy explains what we process to provide the service.
Information we process
We process your account email, a securely encrypted mailbox connection profile, subscription identifiers, and operational logs needed to secure and maintain the service. We do not intentionally store mailbox passwords in plain text.
Mailbox content
Mailbox data is retrieved only when requested through an authorized AI client. Credentials remain in the encrypted server-side vault and are not included in model prompts. We do not sell mailbox content or account data.
Payments
Payments are handled by Paddle. We receive subscription and transaction status needed to grant or revoke access; Paddle processes payment details under its own privacy terms.
Retention and security
We retain account and connection records while your account is active or as needed for security and accounting. You can revoke a mailbox connection from the console. We use encryption at rest, scoped OAuth tokens, and access controls, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
