AI Mail Bridge is billed monthly at $4.99 USD through Paddle.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally remains available until the end of the paid billing period.
Refund requests
If the service does not work as described, contact support@innovationlabs.studio within 14 days of the relevant charge with your account email and a short explanation. We review requests fairly and may issue a full or partial refund where appropriate, including duplicate or erroneous charges.
Exceptions
Refunds are not guaranteed for periods in which the service was used normally, but statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
